The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for collecting all required loan documentation from borrowers and communicating all updates throughout the process.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Work with internal departments to meet specific deadlines
- Regularly updating & maintaining communication between all parties involved
- Data entry in various platforms
- Degree from a college or accredited university
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Mortgage experience – not required but preferred
