Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for collecting all required loan documentation from borrowers and communicating all updates throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Work with internal departments to meet specific deadlines
  • Regularly updating & maintaining communication between all parties involved
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Degree from a college or accredited university
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Mortgage experience – not required but preferred
