It’s simple. We have highly training on-boarding specialists that will guide you through submitting your first loan with us and processing management that can take you the rest of the way. We believe in a solid and complete set-up. It’s proven that these files have a far greater chance of closing than any file less than that. We believe in working as a team constantly in communication and talking about ways to work smarter. It may seem like a little more in the beginning, but our brokers never complain when they receive their check in hand.

What does it take to get started The Premier Way?

The first step is setting up an appointment with an on-boarding specialist that can discuss your processing needs and how we can help with our process. Your on-boarding specialist will not only give you an overview of how it all works but personally walk you through the submission of your first loan to ensure success with a personalized appointment just for you. It will be here that your on-boarding specialist will check your file for the necessary information needed to get your loan to the next step. If something is missing, you will be notified right away so that you can take corrective action. Your on-boarding specialist will also provide you with instructions on how to get started with submitting your loans. It will be right there in your file to reference anytime!

Our Process Includes:

Review Loans for Accuracy

The key to successfully closing a loan is to catch any potential problems sooner than later. Our processors will review your loan applications as well as initial documents. We will notify you post-review to discuss any additional documentation/information that is needed to move forward with the loans.

Complete all Third Party Conditions

We will gladly handle getting your third party items ordered and the conditions cleared. This will include ordering title, appraisal, verifications, homeowner’s insurance (declarations page), etc. Once we receive the documentation, we will review to ensure that it is completed prior to uploading to the lender.

Clear Underwriting Conditions

We will take care of getting the underwriter conditions cleared. We would be happy to contact your borrower directly to obtain the necessary documents needed to clear the conditions. Our goal is always to get conditions back within 24-48 hours.

Order Closing Documentation and Scheduling Closing

Per TRID, the CD must go out to the borrower at least 3 days before signing closing docs. Once we have the required documentation, we will go ahead and request the CD be prepared for borrower signature. After the underwriter has issued the Clear to Close, we will request the preparation of closing documentation and get the closing scheduled for the borrower.
